posting videos from Photobucket

I keep getting an "invalid file type" message on videos being posted from photobucket. I am not that familiar with photobucket, so I have tried copying the file from each of the classifications( email, forums, etc) and keep gettting the same message. I believe the file extension id .fiv.
Can anyone off a suggestion?
