very cool. How much does one of those babies go for? Have it outfitted with L/R roman candles or bottle rockets:rockon:

  Dude, the neighbors cat would NEVER be safe. And let those kids ride in my yard agian, then we would see how fast they could really ride.:D
RIGHT ON!!
It did a left turn out and with the smoke coming from it, it looked amazingly like my dear HM MTP at Stanton... Oh sorry Scotty, didn't want to bust you out. Did I say Scotty? I'm sorry I meant to say Bob, or Skippy, or Biff. But not Scotty...

thanks gentlemen. i have about $1500 init and have been flying it for 6 yrs. it had at one time the ability to launch bottle rockets but i got bored with that and besides it is against a.m.a rules at a sanctioned event. it is one of three kiowas i have built. there are others available on the market now that are actually turbine powered. for about 9 to 12 grand, you too can own one of those babies:p

I'll spot for ya! Maybe I can stand in a backyard a few houses down with a potato gun, we could coordinate some semi accurate artillery with 10 - 20 potatoes... that would be fun, but it wouldn't save you any money on car insurance.

thank you gentlemen. i am in the process of building another one that is bigger in size. it will have a detailed cockpit, rockets that can be launched(even though its against the ama safety code) and the mms will be able to pan and tilt. full nav lights as well. it will be a contest capable machine for next year. for this year i am doing a uh 60L which is almost finished. as my luck would have it, four 58D's came into the job today for fuel so i got lots of pics for detail and documentation, a must have for competition. i will also be posting build up pics as i progress. the fuselage just like the ones before is of a regular bell 206 which i will conver to the "D" model using balsa and construction paper.keep a look out here for topics and pics.
